Together we will do a complete overhaul of what is already in your refrigerator and pantry. In this one hour session, you will learn to look at the ingredients in your food and how to restock your kitchen with the foods that align with your health and wellness goals.

Shopping for food can be overwhelming, so let’s alleviate the stress and tackle it together. I will guide you through a successful trip, give you tips on how to shop, what to buy, how to read food labels and what my favorite brands are.

As a former Division 1 college athlete and coach, and a current high school and youth level coach, I offer the following services:
