The Method

I believe that when embarking on a transformational health journey we have to look at the whole picture. Simply put, that means considering your food consumption, sleep patterns, stress levels, exercise habits and overall well-being. We have to strip it all down and get to the root cause and build a foundation from there.

Every person is biologically different, and thus fad diets and workout plans simply don’t work for everyone.  There is an overwhelming amount of information and data out there, it can be easy to get caught up or fixated on one thing or another. My philosophy, and my job, is to use the research that is out there and combine it with each individual's goals, and apply that in a way that optimizes results while allowing for maximum flexibility.  It’s all about a healthy balance.

I believe that we are meant to live freely and enjoy our lives.  When we eat whole foods, get adequate rest and move our bodies, we can operate at an optimal level. This leaves room for a glass of wine, a night out with friends and family, and an occasional splurge meal. So yes, you can have your cake and eat it too!
